1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages: SBK Elite Enterprises is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.
Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened pet food, treats, and personalized pet accessories cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. International Shipping
